PLANNING RETREATS
This method is most often selected when a company wishes to benefit from the input of several of its key
executives in a facilitated round table discussion format.
The focus of these one to three-day planning retreats generally involves such subjects as: Corporate Mission
Statements, Long Rang Strategic Goals, Market Expansion Opportunities, New Market Penetration Strategies,
or the Development of new Strategies to counter a change in Competitive, Economic, Social, or Technological
trends in the marketplace.
STRATEGIC PLAN DEVELOPMENT
This process is most valuable to clients experiencing a critical period of transition in their business cycle.
Changes in ownership, competition, customer base, economic trends, etc. often necessitate the need for a
new Strategic Plan.
The purpose of the Strategic Plan is describe what the company wants to achieve, its available resources,
